Let's clear things up.
Everything you'd want to know before the first call.
What does product design include?
The whole journey from idea to shipped product: research, UX, UI, prototyping, design systems, testing, accessibility, and a clean handoff to your developers. At Fortheye it also covers the newer stuff most agencies skip — AI UX, and improving the product after it's live.
UI/UX design vs product design — what's the difference?
UI/UX is the interface and the flow. Product design is bigger: research, systems, testing, accessibility, and how the product holds up as you grow. One's about screens. The other's a partner for the whole thing.
How long does it take?
Depends on scope. A UX audit or one flow can be a couple of weeks. A full design engagement runs longer — done in weekly sprints, so you see progress the whole way, not just at the end.
Can I get just the research?
Yes. Research or a UX audit on its own is a good move when you want to understand your users, or check your direction before committing to a full build.
Do we own the files?
Yes. Full IP and clean, dev-ready files, from day one.
Do you design for accessibility?
Yes. It's built into how we work, with WCAG 2.2 AA as a standard part of testing and handoff.
Can you work with our existing brand or system?
Yes. We design inside your system, or build you one. Whichever fits.
Do you build it too, after design?
Yes. Design hands straight off to our development team — so you go from idea to shipped with one partner.
